As I was stolling outside in the Springtime weather...this thread came to mind. There are very few threads that have had such a thought-provoking impact.
Perhaps it was the trauma of it all, my personal beliefs and my personal experiences.
While I have cut and pasted two of your articles, I am going to save this entire thread.
It is one of the finest threads I have ever seen on this board. If I could give you 1,000 Karma points, I would and feel inadequate for such a small payment.
To me, your information alone could be the subject of a magazine article.
And, BigGuns2, while I have indeed found www.steroidlaw.com informative, well, I'm glad I've always considered lawyers as consultants. As good as the site is, lawyers are in their chosen profession to make money among other reasons. One can quickly rack up a HUGE legal bill, when what Immortal has presented could lessen that by a great degree.
Yes, the good bro and his good associates (not the narks, about whom I don't care) lost TONS of money, as did I. Tens and tens and tens of thousands.
When he got raided, he had outstanding client orders...but he didn't lose his reputation, as I hope I have not lost mine, because despite the volcano, I stayed in touch with people - good people - and one should consider clients as friends. I guess that's what Karma is, too, because I was overwelmed with the support and understanding as I worked and worked and worked and tried to make good my obligations, in light of (non-police) certain persons who sought to take advantage of my misfortune. And indeed they did. But at the end of the day, when reputations are stacked side-by-side, I have no doubt whose will be considered the more honorable.

here is a couple of tips----
if any of you guys have gear sent to your house, make sure thats all that is sent------no K----no pills-----the k-and the pills is what they really want out of you----
if your getting small amounts sent to your house and its just for personal use, take all your liquid and put them in empty vials with no labels(or take labels off)----only you know whats in it----if you ever got busted, they would have to send it out to test it to see what it is......let them do it----you may be one of the unlucky ones that has bunk gear and it may just be plain oil(catch 22)also have the lab reports of the tests posted here on elite for us to see
remember cops are just cops-----they are not the DA----he is the one that will press charges against you and seal your fate......You can never hurt yourself if you say nothing....

God forbid I ever got caught with some anabolics and was prosecuted, I COULD do the time.
If I got caught with 20,000 X pills, 5 kilos of cocaine, and a full arsenal, I sure as hell could NOT do the time, and would try to get off any way I could, be it singing like a canary, suicide, or even both.

The number of Russians killed in the NYC area cannot be counted. What is interesting is that a Kingpin runs an international network from his cell in the U.S. Go figure.
I guess it sort of depends on where the "crime" was committed. In a civilized country, there is the Rule of Law TO WHICH MOST PEOPLE READING YOU COMMENTARIES CAN AND SHOULD RELATE...AND CONSIDER SERIOUSLY. And then there is "another law." Or, rather, "laws." This is not Hallmark Television.
I, for one, would not lose a night's sleep knowing (if I even got interested) that a nark landed face down in a NJ dump. He sold bad things. He narked on good people, people with families and kids and who led good lifestyles and never talked or sold MDMA or Crystal Meth or Coke or Heroine or even pot.
The mafia? It's everywhere, in one variant (legal or otherwise) or another, turned "white."
But you are in America, right? In general, if anyone should consider suicide, it would definitely be the Russian IMO. Because he understands that the "time" is not commensurate with the crime. He'll get out (maybe) someday, only to be hounded with probation and extradition hearings and the like. But he knows whom he let down. There are rules of the "vor."
Same in Russia, by the way. I like Russian people, but many Russian people, mainly men, do very bad things. Very bad things. Often for no logical reason, except greed and the desire to accumulate what is here today but which may not be there tomorrow. Sort of a corrupt-Socialistic system turned government-mafia technocracy, with a "democratic" face to the world. Right.
