Ok, I need some opinions on anti-e use. After a lot of reading it seems you generally find two camps:
1st Camp: Use nolv/arimidex during cycle to prevent water retention and prevent gyno. Downside is that it costs more, has a negative affect on lipid profiles and may slow your gains during the cycle.
2nd Camp: Keep your ani-e ready in case you get sides, but don't use during cycle unless you have to. A little bloating is ok (stretches fascia, lubes joints), no loss in gains from anti-e use, saves money. Use them as needed and post cycle.
I am torn between these two camps. Maybe I am worrying too much, but I would be interested to see what everyone else thinks.
