I haven't seen a picture of one of you cocksuckers who hated on 'elite hot topics' pics, you shouldn't talk any shit unless you can back it up with a picture of yourself-I give the guy props for posting it, he has a great start and is probably bigger than all of you that flamed him-imagine when you first got into this and a bunch of faceless toughguys just talked your hard-earned physique down-once again bro I give you props-keep posting and don't listen to these FUCKS!!!

Besides, if you were to look at my pics on this board, I would expect you to say, "Nice base but you're too fucking small!" That is how I feel about my physique, and if someone else posts a pic they should expect critisism, otherwise why post the pic...?

This board is for helping people. If you think he has work to do, tell him why, and what needs to be improved. Don't flame him like he's NYC boy. This shit is why EF has been getting a bad rap on the other boards. The guy is 20 years old, he's not a vet. I wish I had his fucking structure at that age.

And as for posting pics, I can no longer post them , but if you do a search you can pretty much see my progression from my first cycle to now. I am not a big guy but at least I have decent muscularity.

The people in the 5'6-5'8" group that are over 200lbs with 10% bf will beat you on stage anyday when they diet. So don't pick on short people and your weight means nothing. When a person says I have 50lbs on you...... I laugh, big deal if you are 6' and over.

Well the thing is, posting pics SHOULD be to hear critisism as well as compliments...it takes balls to post your pics...I've posted mine...it feels good to hear compliments, but it fires me up to hear suggestions....I just think elite HT needs to fill out more is all, does that mean I'm built perfectly? Of course not, that was my opinion of his pic, he probably has a similiar opinion of mine.
