how come they cant figure out a way that before you post you have to read the rules? like the rules come up, you have to manually scroll down them, then agree that you read and understand them and agree to follow them... kinda like some porn sites make you do... not that i look at porn, of course, just sayin! lol

I was thinking the same thing. Dunno if this is the case for guys joining today as it has been about a year since I joined. This will probably not totally not eliminate the problem, but @ the very least curb it.
the fucking balls on you..... you have 3 fucking posts that i've seen so far where you're giving out cycle advice (what to take and how much to take) to 1 post/5 post noobs that don't know what the fuck they're even talking about to begin with... why is it the rules keep changing? the other thread went into detail about rule #5. it wasn't just for under the age of 21. it was for noobs in general and steps on reporting both parties.

this would be great imho. in some sections of the board you should have to log onto your account and read/agree to the rules (once) before it'll even let you post in that section. this would atleast weed out all the bullshit. zero tolerance. it would be justified because the "user" agreed to the terms.
