Just want to say thanks for all your help. I think us non-mods undermine the role the mods play with listening to our boring questions and answering our stupid "No shit sherlock" e-mails and our ever importan souce checks. They have served as a great help in ensuring I pursue my lifting and supplemntation properly. I would just like to say thanks to all who have helped
