i dont know about all you guys, but i like to get as much sleep as possible. so when i wake up in the morning i have hardly anytime to crack the eggs and get the whites out then cook them. my friend came up with the idea of buying those containers filled with just the egg whites. most people dont drink eggs straight but with the ones that are already in the container it is safe to do. ive been doing this for about 8 months now and no diseases or anything and i can down those 10 egg whites in the morning in seconds. just a tip for some newbies and bros that werent getting enough calories in.
