I HAVE THE RESPONSIBLITY OF WORKING WITH THE HIGHSCHOOL GIRLS LACROSS TEAM AGES 14-18. WHICH I AM TAKING VERY SERIOUSLY.

MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE THE ABILITY TO COACH WIEGHT TRAINING AND PROGRAM DESIGN, BUT I WILL NEED SOME HELP ON WIEGHT TRAINING TECH. FOR TEENAGE GIRLS PLAYING LACROSS.

I HAVE COME ACROSS SOME CONFLICTING DATA WITH TEENAGE WIEGHT TRAINING SO I'M NOT SURE I HAVE THE RIGHT CONCEPTS IN PLACE.

ANY ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER OR READING MATERAIL WOULD BE HELPFUL.

check the NSCA's website and list of CEC's that you can do. i get the bulletin from them monthly and they always have something about teenage athletics. football etc. there are not so many considerations to think about with regards to teens, they are probably ideal for trainees. i have one female who runs track, a dream to work with because she works so hard.
