Are you sure it's your liver & not your kidneys or good ole lower back pump? Where does it actually hurt? I'd be willing to bet, it's your kidneys & that you aren't drinking enough water, just because that's what happens to a lot of people. You've gotta drink as much water as possible while on, I drink over 2gal a day when when I'm not on. If it's lower back pump, there's nothing you can do about that besides suck it up. Go with the ALA or Tyler Liver Detox.
it is on the left side right around the hip. it is not a sharp pain but i feel disconfert on that side almost all the time. Where can i find ala? thanks for all the advice sorry about my grammer english is a second language forme i am trying my best. do any of you think it could be serious?

This sounds more like erector spinae muscular pain. Possibly you are experiencing low back pump, over use, muscle strain, hip capsule pain, or generalized low back spasm. Liver pain is usually indicated by general abdomen pain. You may experience reffered pain into the right shoulder if a liver pathology were indeed present. But do not simply sit back and let your liver suffer because you fear telling your doctor you are using AS. See a doctor if you are worried. The worst he can tell you is that you caught your problems early and he can then start the proper treatment protocol.

Guaranteed after 2 weeks, this is exactly the problem,
what dosage are you using ? Take ALA and/or Liv 52. Both would really make a good combo

The first time I bought the cap-m-quik,taper,750 empty caps and ALA I think I spent like $40. I think the first time if took maybe 20-25 min to cap 50. I have improved, 15 min.
I don't think anyone is cheaper. I also get my B5 and some other things there. I noticed the 00 caps get almost 600mgs of B5 in them.
