TKD questions..

Hi everyone, I have a few questions, I was wondering if I drink 1 cup of Starbucks coffee w/ 1 Sweet & Low (sweatener) in the morning will it prevent me from getting into ketosis? I've read on different diet forums that smarties or sweet tarts are good pre-workout carbs (TKD), is this good or is there something else I could eat? Thanks

No problem on the coffee, I am doing TKD now and if I did not have caffeine or eca I would be a walking zombie or maybe no able to walk. Anyone who had really done CKD or TKD will tell you caffeine or an Eca is a necessity. Especially when your blood sugar drops below 70. You only need to be slightly concerned by sweeteners. Stevia is a good one. Watch the milk in the coffee.
