Ive had very sluggish workouts for the past few days because of dbol. My strength FINALLY went up yesterday for legs day and I added 20 lbs to my squat. I would agree with twitch.
One of the things I found from him, and for myself, is it helps the lethargy if you workout in the MORNING and make your first meal a liquid one and workout 1.5 hours later. This is easy for me since I am a college student. I just drank 4 c apple juice and 2.5 protein shakes and worked out not to much later. I found that having to digest a lot of food and lift intensely with the higher volume approach I am using while on gear just don't go hand in hand. Try this, it works!
