Tired of GYNO.......

freakinme

WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?

When I started puberty I started to get gyno. After going through junior and senior high with bigger tits then some of the girls, when I was 20 I went and saw a doctor about this because after hearing shit like you need a bra, are you a boy or girl for 6 years, you could say I am very self-conscious. Anyways, the doctor looked at me and told me an excercise regimen would take care of it . I have dieted, done cardio, pushups, bench press of course I lost weight but could not shake the gyno. Now 25 and still have gyno I would really enjoy a chest and not a rack. Without going under the scapal what would you suggest.

Can anyone relate, hit me up at [email protected].

dude if their is hard lumps under your nipples nothing but surgery will get rid of it. But if it is soft fatty tissue you could try yohimburn or yohimbine HCL or just do a serch on these products because i've seen many past threads on the subject.

Why don't you want to have surgery? I don't think there is any other way to get rid of your pre-existing gyno. In your case it seems that insurance will cover the op. And think of how happy you will be without thoe b cups hanging of your chest all the time. Look into surgery, it will take care of the problem at hand.

Topical Yohimbine/Yohimburn can be very effective in reducing the fatty mass.. unless you have hard tissue you should try this first. even if you do have hard tissue anastrozole admin has been shown to reduce and even eliminate hard tisssue. Some people have experienced recession of hard tissue using Yohimburn...but this is likely an indirect effect of lessened local aromatase production(most aromatase in men is produced in fat tissue).

Thats just it...

There are no hard lumps it is soft subcutaneous fat. The shit just does not budge. I don't get it. My insurance won't cover it because the surgery is considered cosmetic.
