PO's in Atlanta and South Florida are nothing but glorified Admin Assistants. They can't do shit. If you flunk your drug test or get in trouble, they have to send a REAL police officer out to arrest you.

Why would anyone with a four year degree settle for $30K annually?

Because colleges actually give degrees in philosophy, sociology, and social work.

30k? your right that sucks but in nevada they get between 40 and 60k and are state police to boot, great experience if you ask me for federal work in the future. they do raids, fugitive arrests and more fun stuff. but to each their own.
