majutsu, try some or all of theese to help you get the bar down.
1. use the widest legal grip
2. bring the bar to your upper abs, not chest
3. tuck your elbows in! as far as possible
4. get a big arch.
5. big air, try to inflate you stomach as much as possible
6. wet the shirt
7. work your way down the boards
8. read sebastions article on setting up for competition benching on www.metalmilitia.net
9. if all this fails, add weight till it touches
10. if the weight is more than you can lockout, you need to
a. get a bigger shirt b. get you lockout stronger c. give up and go raw
