Tips for getting better advice on the training board.

Before you post up asking how to improve you current program, physique, or health please try to include the following.

What are you goals? (fitness, strength, aesthetics, etc.)
What have you done in the past? (length of time you have been training, current split, etc.)
What resources do you have available? (gym, food, # of days you can/want to train)

Including this sort of information will greatly improve the quality of information you recieve.

One thing to add to the list, calculate your resting metabolic rate, it's a nice number to factor into your routines as many of us already are aware. Good luck to all on your fitness regimens.
