Tip - GMs with bands

I've been doing GMs a while now and have gone as heavy as my squat and haven't really felt it (aside from at the bottom in my lower back). The movement felt kinda awkward.

So on Monday I did them lighter, but with bands. The feeling all over was exhaustion and it fried my entire back, glutes, hams etc. It now feels natural to do it, and with the progressive load at the top (where I want there to be a LOT more weight), it seems far more beneficial. Definitely recommended.

So if you haven't tried GMs with bands - do it!
