This is like the 4th or 5th post with your pics.....not too shabby, but I'm not too fond of the Jim Morrison meets Derek Zoolander pose (props to Mac173), and the prosthetic lip implants gotta go.

Seriously though, you seem like you're on the right track.....just make sure you're eating enough, about 20 kcal/lb bodyweight a day if your looking to pack on lean muscle.....from what I have seen though you might want to cut up a little....lean out to around 6-8% bf...Good Luck!
 
good development of the arm and shoulders. i'd say the chest could use some extra attention. Can't see ur back so i dont know about that. Leaning out should be ur first priority as u said urself. All told: Ur on the right track.
 
Id say shoulder and traps if i had to be picky but just overall you need more mass but don't we all.
 
why do u keep posting in this forum, after ur shit gets removed. And u just post up random ass pics not even showing ur body.
 
I put them in tiny pic at the request of a few people. My bad, my digital camera needs a new power plug (charger). I will post some better ones soon. I can't spell, your right CREMA. i would stick with the EQ, if you switch i would run it 10 weeks from the switch point so you get good results from the deca

You need to cut.
Start doing cardio 3-4 days a week.
Keep your protein high, lower your carbs a bit and cut out some fats.
Try and hit your abs after your cardio sessions.
