timing for cell-tech PWshake and meal

I have not seen much on this just alot of hear say so my main concern is how long after creatine I use cell-tech if it matters do I need to wait for my PWshake?

Ivealways heard 1hr after shake to eat but how horrible is it to eat first then have shake? or have shake while eating?

i dont think it will really matter when you take your cell tech. go with what youve heard, shake right after workout, meal hr later.
