I know I spend too much toime in the gym (usually 1.15 to 1.1/2 hours) doing high volume (20+ sets), but some of the routines I've seen posted CAN'T take more than a half hour....how long are you guys in the gym daily? Don't feel the guilt of slamming food all day and then working out for such a short time...even if the intensity is cranked......or, are you resting 3-4 minutes between sets?
