Perform this conditioning workout once a week and try to beat your time everyweek. It consists of 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 sit ups.
It takes 10 sets to complete.
Each set consisting of 10 pull ups, 20 push ups, and 30 sit ups.

I used to do a crossfit workout for conditioning. I think it was 25 overhead squats > 25 pushups >25 inverted rows then 17 of each, then 9 of each. All done for time. Very killer.
