wayne- ill post of pic of the legs soon, they were bigger i.e. from playing soccer and hockey, but doing the 405lbs squats starting taking a toll on my knees so ive slowly been getting back into doing em....

bodyfat %= not as low as i want it to be right now
my lifts:
max bench- 315 (bench is def not my strongest lift)
squat- last yr was 405 lbs for 6 reps
inclince dumbel press -110 lbs dumbells 8 reps
dead lift- 405lbs 7-9 times
shoulder press- 100lbs 3 set 6 reps in set
standing dumbell curl 75lbs in each hand 3 sets 7 reps
standing hammer curl 100lbs 3 sets 7 reps each arm
one arm dumbell row -140lbs dumbell 3 sets 8 reps each arm
im running my bulker right now, but hopefully come spring i can stay at 210 but get shredded...
my plan is to stay shredded 210-215 for summer and do the process all over again in october
cycles so far:
1.prop 400mgs ew for 6 weeks
2.test e 500mgs 8 weeks with 3 weeks of abomb to kick it off
3. current cycle
750mgs of test ew 1-11
600mgs of deca ew 1-8 then bump down to 400mgs for week 9
dbol 40-50mgs ew for weeks 1-4
starting week 7 here
