Cutting right to the chase, I am a former pro ball player who has just recovered from "menegirial neuropothy", I just recieved the all clear from the doc to hit the gym again and am in need of a "comeback routine and diet".
Here are the stats: befor I got sick I was at 323 lbs w/ 18-20 bf, I was w/o 4-5 days/week using primarily a great routine i found in FLEX called "Power Trip" this was part of a year long series called "2002 a size oddyssey". I made tremendous gains on this program, but I know after my illness my body will need time befor I attemp this routine again. I am now at aprox 250 lbs w/ 30-35 bf. I lost the majority of this weight in 7 weeks due to illness. Does anybody know of a routine and diet for someone making a comeback to the gym after 6 mos, especially after your body takes such a drastic hit. I'm not sure if I should bulk or strip first.......All I know is i'm ready to HULK OUT again!
