time to get strong!

Okay i have been bodybuilding for 4 years now. I have a great body. But now i want to build explosive power. I mean just be sickly strong. Should i stay with bodybuilding and just add in polymetrics. What should i do? I really don't now how to train for strenght i just know how to train for muscle.
 
check out www.elitefitnesssystems.com, and look at the articles. Most of your training should revolve around heavy compound lifts:
bench, rows, military presses, squats, deadlifts, etc.

you should also do some auxilary work to help strengthen these lifts. Some arm work, shoulder work, stiff leg deadlifts.
