time to get serious boys

this year has probably been the worst as far as training goes. i've been loaded down with all kinds a other shit. now that things have leveled off a bit, its time to get serious. i've said before that i had thought about quiting next year but really haven't decided. but if i do then i'm doing it right. as of right now i'm on a mission for 280lbs of lean bad ass m.f. by the end of next may. ya'll might be holding a minute of silence but i'm gonna give it my best. watching Dorian Yates workout video. and i'm getting jacked by the minute. :evil:
 
Shit I thought hitting 240 was going to be hard...couldn't imagine putting on 40 pounds PAST that! Best of luck
 
second the request of progress pics to see what a transformation like that looks like....what are ya t ipping the scales at right now bro???and to be 280 and lean would NEVER happen for me lol i would either

B die from the money i put into the food bill
C die from dose of gear

yeah. i said the other day on a previous thread that i will be posting pics then. i wanna look as good as i can. i don't like posting pics of myself on here so it will be a onetime thing. i only have 14lbs. to go. but i've held at this weight for a good while now.

14lbs. scale difference
if i'm at 10% bf at the end that means i will have put on an actual 19.5 lbs.
i htink i can do it. i'll be running gh and igf with slin. i've never ran igf, so we'll see. i might end up just not taking a shit for the last week. lol
 
oh! now my fiance is telling me that the % i posted has got to be off. so tomorrow i'll get it checked and correct it. bitch.
 
i'll lay it on the line. i'm the most computer illiterate m.f. out here. it costs me $ just to have certain pics and etc. put on here. on here. i have to get my designer to do it everytime almost. hell radar can vouche for this. so instead of doing it now i'm waiting till its worth it. so wait. it will be worth it. i'm also just a little paranoid about putting my pic on here also. certain reasons.

You can do it bro, persistance beats resistance :) No matter how long you've been stuck at one weight, just keep hitting it harder and harder and you'll get there. Oh, and take a lot more gear of course :D
 
thanks ya'll! but i don't think i'm gonna up my AAS doage any more than it is. i'm just gonna hit the gh and igf pretty hard, see where that goes. :evil:
 
Well, GH and IGF will improve the gains you get from the same amount of juice, so it's basically the same. You're adding new anabolic substances, just not steroids. Kill that shit, as people around here are fond of saying :)
