Time on = Time off.......yeah right!!!

I posted this thread to try to get a REAL response from everyone here because it seems to me (and correct me if I'm wrong) that a lot of the guys on here (myself included sometimes) don't adhere to the time on = time off rule. I see guys post that they're done and going through PCT and then 1 month later I see them back on a cycle again. So, I was just curious to get some honest replies on how long (or how little) you guys wait until you hop on the wagon again.

It just depends on the person, but the best way to go about the time on = time off rule is to get your blood work done when you start and when your finished...i know that ALOT of guys on here dont take that serious...i dont even remember the last time someone said they were going to get bloodwork done before they started their cycle.....so to respond to your question, it all depends on the bloodwork...sometimes your ready sooner then the time on = time off rule..but i beleive most really dont know..they just go with the "feel" of their own body and are impatient.

YOu are beyond retarded

How come?

Surely it depends on his goals. Are you saying that even guys who want to become pros or even top amateurs should be cycling and coming off?

I've actually been accused of being retarded before but actually I'm pretty smart. Read building the perfect beast and you'll see the science behind staying on for extended periods of time. My statement of "don't ever go off" was a little tongue in cheek as we all have to eventually "get off". I do believe however that you can safely create an extended cycle (1 year or longer) if the cycle is well thought out and each "phase" has a purpose. And by the way, what is beyond retarded? I always thought there was retarded and that was pretty much it.

No hes not, many people use that method and have bloodtests done regularly to test levels. Doesnt apply to novices but to veterns that have far surpassed their genetic limits!

I do not ahere to the time on = time off rule, depending on what I stack and how supressive it is Ill wait longer, my next cycle is teste/eq/tren and Ill only be taking off about a month in from last day of PCT to first day of next cycle. I have bloodwork done every 3-4 weeks, and insurance pays for it!

The evolution in advice given in our community is very dynamic!! Five years ago, hardly anybody ever talked about staying on all year. Much more emphasis was placed on receptor sites regulating/de-regulating, and if said receptor sites had virginized yet, so that starting another cycle will actually produce more gains then experienced in last cycle. Now the emphasis is on safety, bloodwork etc.. very good thing!! I still think there needs to be more emphasis on the benefit of starting again. Will it produce gains equal to what i was on my last cycle, or will it produce better gains.

LOL I just started thinking about how things have changed since 2000 So many different aspects of the game. I could go on forever

The authors words are not the be-all end-all straight up factual truth. Take it all with a grain of salt.
