Time for a new lower body workout! Please give me feedback!

My usual leg day was
5x20 squats
5x10 stiff leg deads
5x3 regular deads
5x5 Bulgarian split squats
3x5 jump squats w/ DB

MY NEW ROUTINE:
5x5 squats (Max effort)
5x10 sumo deads
3x100 leg press
5x50 glute & hams w/ chains/plates
5x20 barbell lunges
3x25 bench jumps
3x5min wall sits adding a 45 at every min

Too much volume and get rid of those jumps and wall sits. What are your goals? This routine is all over the place.

I wanted to build explosive ground power that's why I have the bench jumps in there. And I needed something to break my usual pattern.
 
Look up westside barbel.
band squats...maybe some power cleans.

Go buy the westside book of methods and read it. Do box jumps not bench jumps. A bench is too small.
