Time For A Change?

Alright, I've been using the BFS program for 10 weeks or so now, and have seen very nice size and strength gains. However, my lifts are beginning to stall now. I've been stuck at 105 on closegrip bench presses for 5 weeks now. My inclined bench is increasing slower than in the beginning. Curls are stuck. Military Presses are inching along...

My question to everyone here is - should I change my routine since my lifts are stalling? Usually this is when people do it, right? I was thinking of maybe going over to a 5x5 routine. What does everyone here think?

If I do decide to use a 5x5, I feel that such high reps on biceps are ineffecient, because arms seem to be stimulated more by higher reps. This being the case, should I take out the 5x5 lift for biceps and do higher reps? My arms also don't have a lot of endurance, so doing 5x5, then 2 exercises for 2x8-10 on biceps is way too many sets for them and they get burnt out by the fourth set. Is this something I should adapt to, or should I just go with what I've learned for myself?

Change is key... if you are stalling, switch things up a bit.

Also, trust your body.. you know how it reacts better than anyone else here, give it a whirl and see what happens.

If are you going stagnant, change something. Rep range, exercises, or the whole routine.

Sometimes it takes years to find out what works for a person.

I don't get how some people stick with the same routine for 6 months to a year and make gains all through. How long do routines keep giving rapid gains for you guys for? Like, how long before you usually have to change it?

You can change routines all you want, but all comes down to how much weight your liftin. But, I would change your BFS routine.
