Time between morning cardio and workout?

Im going to start doing morning cardio on an empty stomach and I was wondering how long should I wait till I workout. I always like to workout by 12:00PM and I will be doing cardio at 8:30AM.
 
I think 3 hours is ok..

Hey Shinobi i do that all the time , just wait 3 hours and eat about 40 grams of high GI carbs to be strong and feel fine for the workout.

Of course i see that you are doing morning cardio on empty stomach in order to loose fat so high GI carbs are not suitable, just eat some oatmeal and will should be ready.

I have read several post on this board that say if doing morining cardio you should give yourself 10-12 hour span before working out. Bump it up for more info!
