those guys are horable in the first videos u posted(havent seen the rest yet) they have shit form and then they spot these girls with 3 spotters when its only 225 These guys are a tottaly joke, and that one video with the chains squating basically dropped the weight but lucky the chains were there...fuckers think there all strong. But i give it to the girls there pretty strong.
