Throbbing shoulders during w/o

It seems to be every time I'm on a cycle I push my shoulders to the brink. They throb in so much pain it's almost unbearable, and this is only after a few press's and raises. I went to my doc to get pain meds, and he gave me some anti-inflammatories. But they don't do shit! Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anything I can buy to help?

Do not take anti-inflammatories, it will just make things worse.

Your best bet is to take time off from lifting, and let it heal. Obviously you have an underlying problem in your shoulder, and working out + juicing is only going to make it worse.

I have had a rotator cuff injury that has been bothering me for almost a year, but I've managed to heal it to almost 100% in the past few months.

This is what you need to do:

4+ grams of fish oil ED
1 gram of krill oil ED
2-3 caps of Forged Joint Repair ED

Combined with shoulder stretching and/or rotator cuff exercises (depending on where you're injured).

You can also run 8 weeks of the sarm Ostarine at 25mg a day. It has joint/connective tissue healing properties. Combine it with everything I stated above and you should be back to normal in a couple months... Depending on the severity of your problem of course. Ostarine made a big difference for me.

Most importantly, go see another doctor and have an MRI done. Do not take anti-inflammatories.

What steroids are you taking? And what are your stats? From the looks of your profile picture, you don't look like you're ready to be using steroids (no offense).

Depending what steroids you are taking, they can dry out your joints and make them very painful. As well as the sudden strength increase from steroids may be too much for your joints to handle.

I'm 26 255 lbs 6'7 and am currently on 40 mg dbols Ed, 750 mg sust ew, 150 mg of tren e and 150 mg deca ew. I'm about a month into the cycle, it's my forth. I've never injured my shoulder it's both equalling throbing tho when I'm on shoulder days. I take the oils and multis, and I've looked into the forged. I'd like to know why this is happening before I go buy a bunch of ish. I guess an MRI is greatly needed

It could just be pumps bro, dbol can make ur pumps insane and painful

Pain is temporary, glory is forever,

Ya man it's intense, I've had this occur before the bols though, so that can't be it. Although I'm sure they contribute to my beautiful agony

Sounds like dbol pumps.. taurine is helpful but it only helped my calf pumps and not my back pump

your doctor needs a kick in the nuts and you should call him up and tell him steve said he IS AN IDIOT!!!

anti inflammatories should NEVER be taken by a bodybuilder or lifter. EVER EVER EVER.

unless you want to fuck yourself long term

you have this happen on cycle then yes i say its pumps and totally normal. all you need to do is run some n2guard which has taurine and a bunch of other things to combat these types of sides or just buy taurine for almost the same price if you want.. but i always run n2guard with my cycle, its a bodybuilders dream supplement just read the ingredients.

pumps will get in the way of your workouts and be counter productive so you need to address them immediately

inflammation is a key to muscle regeneration (clearing damages fibers and a bunch of other geek stuff) thus reducing such by removal/inhibiting certain substances has a negative impact on BB. This is w/o even considering it is NFG for soft tissue. A few days, ok. but beyond that its counterproductive.

awesome. thanks.

I figured it had more to do with the Hepatoxicity of using NSAID'S on a regular basis. <That shouldnt be ignored either.

There is some south american pro bb who almost had to quit working out due to liver failure. He was taking NSAIDS on a regular basis along with (im sure) orals and a bunch of other goodies.

I think Flex Wheeler had some sort of liver issue too. It might of been his kidneys though, I cant remember

The pain comes from the upper/outer, kinda like the muscle on top of the rotator cuff. It really burns up, the only thing that completely rids the pain is if I lean over and hang my shoulders lose. Then by the time I'm done with shrugs there's not a lick of pain or even irritability

Dude my shoulders hurt so bad on beastdrol , had to stop mid workout a couple of times. Gotta have fish oil and forged joint repair for sure

that too but eddy explained it well.

the way i explain it in plain english is that inflammation is your own body trying to heal itself.. by shutting that off and making your brain think you are not in pain you will only cause more damage by pounding away. best thing to do is allow your body to heal itself.. if you start getting inflammation that is a signal to back off and give that particular area a break. as a lifter if you want to stay healthy long term you must LISTEN to your body and not just take anti-inflammatories everyday and ignore the bodies signals

i have an old football injury from high school, i was given cortico's for it. stupidest mistake ever i made. made the pain go away and i continued to pound away.. now i have permanent tendon damage in my arm, it sucks.. when i carry groceries i cannot even use my right arm.. all cause some jerkoff doctor put me on cortico's instead of telling me to STOP and let the injury heal
