I threw up at the gym today after 5 minutes on the stairmaster climber. I had just got done with a hardcore 50 minute shoulder work out and was feeling it hard. Some douche left the side door open and the air conditioner was on. Working up a sweat and then getting bombarded by the cold breeze from outside and the air conditioner gave me that swimmer breath. So I'm like 10 minutes of cardio so I don't feel guilty. Half way through I get all nasues feeling. Have to run to the bathroom and yack up the half of gallon of water I had been drinking all day.

Anyone else ever push their bodies to far and throw up for it?

maybe u just a sissy? joking bro...dont get all fired up!!!!!!

I've thrown up while squatting about 4 times now. I push myself so hard that I feel like crying like a bitch sometimes because my CNS is saying 'Fuck you, I'm out'.

After I puke, I feel excellent and fee like extending my workout. Before I puke, I swear to myself every time to never squat again. I keep going back.

Thats awesome! I think if you worked out hard enough to puke that is great!

Keep it up, bro. I threw up once after lifting legs...I walked out of the gym stepped off the curb and my legs almost collapsed..I got in the car drove about half a mile and had to pull over and puked like a big dawg...felt ok afterwards.

When I used to squat (in the pre bone-on-bone days), it used to happen once in a while when I went heavy (for me). . .not an enjoyable experience. . .pretty much saps all of your ambition. . .it happens.

Right before it happens you feel like absolute hell. Then afterwards, I feel completely fine and actually better than usual. I do squats, leg presses, SLDL's, leg extensions and then leg curls. I usually puke by about SLDL's.

I eat over an hour before my WO so I dunno what the fuck is up with it.

if i werent a step behind what your pushing weightwise, id probably be puking too...

now i feel sick from reading your sick story.

I've had it happen while doing track workouts. I'm not a BB'er, I've always worked for strength and speed. I ran bleahers, did sprints down the straight, jogged out the corners, and then did power skips down the other straight. I puked so hard it came out of my nose at the end of it.

It was after a few laps of the same when it was too hot to be doing this kind of shit, but I didn't want to waste the cyp, var, & eq.
