Hey guys been doing heaps of reading on IF, anyone got experiences on this subject while on cycle? Does your workout intensity/gains suffer?
Trying to gain muscle... But looking to minimize fat gain now, IF with occasional carb cycling is my idea (hoping to keep fat gain under control) with hour of bike riding 3x week. (cant jog due to injury)
Weight atm, 215lb, bf 16~ I think.. Maybe a bit higher..
