Frack - I'm about 230 at the moment, but I don't get a lot of looks because I mostly wear clothes that tend to conceal the body. I do this simply because it is more comfortable. Occasionaly I'll wear a tight tee shirt or something in public and I do notice a couple of stares here and there. Like WODINsaid, the best was when I hit the grocery store after teaching a class at the gym. I was wearing biking shorts and a tank-top and this woman ran into the end display on one of the aisles. That happens far to infrequently though, I'm afraid.
See I'm still new at this and this time last year I was weighing in @ 160lbs, now @ 6'4" 195lbs I'm getting stares from all the people that knew me and I love it. However I'm not huge yet, it's just the people that knew me, know how much bigger I am then I was. I'm still under weight @ 6'4" 195lbs @ 9% bf.
Wait till I'm 225lbs, then I'll get back to you about the stares.

I'm not the biggest guy by far - I'm only 197 - but I'm 6% body fat and ripped to shreds so I look bigger than my weight - plus I'm only 5'8.
It's amaaaaazing how many looks I can get at times. Usually men.. more like little boys.. look at me angrily, especially if there with their wife or girlfriend. Not uncommonly I'll get a second look from the wifee when the husband looks the other way
Here's some ideas for those who are entertained by this (and believe me I am):
Go to the following places and be a SPECTACLE
- A cat show as in the 4 legged furry creatures, I posted something before on this, you'll have fun!
- A buffet full of fat people, great on cheat days!
- The beach - who can beat it?
- GNC, everybody will ask you what your taking -just tell em HMB and boron
Oh, and other than the beach please make sure your wearing an athletic fit T - the more obnoxiuos the better!
