Yeah yeah fuck you guys, I'm too perfect to be egotistical lol, I knew this wasn't going to come off any other way but that's alright...basically what I was thinking tonight was "imagine if I was freaky-huge or even just huge..." The point of this thread is for those that command some real attention to share stories and shit about things that have happened to them because of their size. HS- I am a tall 5' 11".
i got yo back.

To be honest, it gets old real quick, all people do is stare, you can't imagine the thoughts running through there minds, sure some are of praise and positivity, but then some are of hate, jealousy and the assumption of gear use. I usually don't look anyone in the eye when I walk in a restaurant, mall, hell anywhere really, unless I need to speak with them, they are already looking at you. Not only does my size look somewhat ridiculous at times but if my shirt is tucked in and folks see that small waist, broad ass shoulders, sweep of the legs through the pants, abs through the shirt(and its not a tight shirt either), definition of the canal running down the pecs, etc, just makes shit worse, believe that. Like I said it gets old, now I wont lie, when I was younger I used to want to show off my gains and liked the attention, seems more of a label nowadays though. I can wear a bathrobe and look dominant. Bottom line- You'll get used to this and at times it will annoy you. If you choose to wear that tank top during the summer, one day you will say "wish I would not have worn this shit today", you will understand why. peace

The funniest shit is people running into each other or into stuff.

I agree with Havoc. Its get really old. MY wife and kids are used to it, but i like to blend in. I am not someone who like to draw attention, and we eat out alot and its every single time. I just started School and its a pain in the ass with the students and teachers. I am 27 its college! And i get real tired of expalining my size to people. I am 5'10 255lbs at 15% bf, so i aint huge but with me, clothes dont hide no matter how big cause see my arms and my legs are big, but a loose shirt helps in blending some, but mainly its my traps and my 22 inch neck. And bloated face. And i swear to god if i could lift what i do and be 50 lbs lighter i would do it. Ya its cool when i get a new bench shirt and my arms or chest or shoulders are bigger but in my opinion i look ridiculous in normal clothes (Jeans and shit). I mean i see certain styles that people wear and if i see something i want and try to get it, it doesnt look the same on me. Ya know like when your out clubbin? My wife and i used to dance , but i look stupid walking so dancing is now completely out! I am really self contious about looking like a big goon. But of course in the gym its cool! But in the real world , dont get me wrong i have good stories too, but i think with me its style i miss, not so much as being big. BUt the stares and comments do get old. They were cool for a year or two but after 8 years its old.

Frack,

I got all the way up to 6-2 and 275 pounds, pretty lean.

People always stare, but if you get big enough, they kind of stare out of curioisty rather than anything else.

Some girls like that shit. Most kinda don't. It also makes it difficult to work with people in business. People have a hard time getting comfortable around you when you are that size.

I've been getting smaller and smaller. shopping for clothes was a pain in the ass. I didn't feel like I was moving well either. I looked back at a tape of myself playing ball on college when I was 190, and I moved so smoothly. I was lightning fast and graceful. I'm not now.

Also, my blood pressure got pretty high and I was tired a lot.

I'd give anything to be 195 again.

frack, i'm back. It is your bloated head if you think somebody is looking at a 207lbs skinny goober. hahahaha. just kidding. what is up bro. got lost for some time. I am entering my first meet in 10years in a couple of months. 242 class. open. i'm a beast! people look at beast not bean post. hahah.

LOL - Well it's nice to see you back and posting. Anyway, remember that at 19 I contrast pretty sharply to the other 17-20 year old skinny MTV kids that weigh 50 lbs less....

Matt - That is pretty small, 195 at 6' 2" .... good luck with it though. What are you at now?

I can so totally relate to that.

The bad part is that even though you're a nice guy you become
a target for a lot of people.

People still think that having a muscular body is "easy". Just
pop some pills and voila. If only they knew...... it takes
a lifetime of commitment.

Its always a no-win situation. You tell then what you eat and
why to try to teach them something and next thing
you know they think you're weird and crack jokes.

I've just about given up helping most people in real-life
in regards to weights, because if they fail they blame you.

Fonz

You're right about that Fonz. I experience it daily at GNC. Now I have people coming in who need to 'get ripped' for spring break...the idiocy is honestly depressing, one because they are just simply so clueless, and two because it negates your accomplishments. I'm sure everyone who comes into GNC thinks I look like that because I work at GNC.
