Initally I started taking it for recovery purposes and noticed that while I'm extremely stressed if I continued to take it regularly even if my training had gone to hell (which currently - still has) I feel less beaten down.

Accidently really, I had hoped if I could keep most aspects of my daily life on a strict routine everything would fall back together.

I either drink it with water or with some egg white protein.

I don't take it often since i have this side, i'd rather be leaner than fuller or have that heavy feeling. I'm just heavier. :p
