i see people having trouble with creatine working, you might not be taking it right.
I never felt creatine before until i started doing this, then i felt it really work.
1) Get any form of micronized creatine, which is finely grated to help mix better.
2) Heat up some water in microwave or on stove, let it set a couple minutes
so it's not too hot, but make sure it's warm. The heat helps the creatine
dissolve better, so there is less wasted creatine in the bottom of your cup.
3) Mix 5 teaspoons of honey into the water, the carbs and sugar in the
honey will create an insulin spike in your body to help absorption.
4) Mix in the creatine with the warm water and honey, drink it.
5) Wait 45 minutes after you take it to hit the gym, this will give your
muscles time to absorb it, good luck, it should help increase instant strength.
