This sucks. Anybody else have relatively low body fat with gyno?

On my last cycle though I was picking up fat but it was just bloat and gyno(thanks test)
What can I do short of surgery to get rid of this shit? It is not hard it is soft like a womens tit. That looks strange becuase It does not sit right with abs just look unusual. One of my buddys started calling me "chicken Breast" BASTARD
It is not to bad in a wife beater just looks like I have a big chest. With my shirt off that is a diffrent story.

I have a little hint of gyno(naturally) from when I was younger, I saw the doc and he said sugary was the only option It is not that bad though, i'll get it done sometime when I am older.
