Bodybuilding is stupid.
thats cause you tried it and sucked at it you weakling
Have fun spending all your time trying to LOOK like you can do something athletic.
Preoccupation with body image is for women.
my body image gets me plenty of women, yours attracts closet lesbians looking for a feminine 'man'.. men are supposed to be strong
Some people use performance enhancing drugs to actually enhance performance, which means actually doing something, yet 95% of the advice given here is related to "gettin huge".
then get the fuck out then and go join bb.com so you can socialize with newbs
Shut the f&*% up about diet.
diet is the #1 part of bodybuilding DUH
People come here to ask about drugs which, lets face it, is never really a safe or responsible decision.
steroids are hormones that are naturally occuring in the male body, I don't classify them as drugs. drugs are things you take to get high, or to kill pain etc.
You still have at least a ten times greater chance of dying or being injured in a car crash than by using steroids.
wow, thanks for that info!
Are you going to tell someone not to drive because they're 21 and they don't "eat clean"?
actually i think 25 is a good age to use steroids, 21 is what the site requires.. when you are under 21 you shouldn't mess with your hormones
Someone who trains their silly balls off with a balance of resistance, cardio and endurance, eats calorie dense food, and takes low to moderate doses of AAS is going to be WAY healthier than some loser who puts on 50 lbs of muscle over what their natural limit would be eating a "clean" diet and taking a shitload of test and tren.
depends on your definition of healthy. as far as heart health then yes you are correct. but people look at a skinny weakling and they don't see a healthy person but when they look at a bodybuilder they are like 'damn that dude is jacked' .. so we go back to body image. that is OUR decision to do.. this is why we tell people to use AAS responsibly and not abuse. cycle off, run PCT. run bloods etc. also endurance runners are notorious for over training and pounding away for miles and hours.. that actually results in plenty of injuries, i know cause i used to be one.. ankle problems, foot problems, shin splints, knee problems etc etc. running is far more brutal on the body. so no endurance athletes aren't necessarily more healthy, heart health yes. i've never been injured lifting weights, but i have gotten injured plenty running and playing other sports
Bloodwork is worthless. Your levels are going to change all the time. Different people have different levels of hormones naturally. For instance, one person could be totally fit and healthy with slightly elevated estrogen, while another would be retaining water and crying during Oprah episodes. Use ancillaries to combat symptoms and learn how to adjust them with trial and error instead of seeking some false peace of mind with your worthless once a year snapshot of hormone levels.
you are a bonafide idiot for this statement.. bloodwork is essential to see how your HPTA is behaving, what needs to be fixed etc. i could post pages of info on why you need bloodwork if you juice but why waste my time. you are an expert on everything anyway
I will not post again.
yes you will, you will be back on EF cause you know this is the best site out there. we can see that you have been on here for the past day nonstop, and you also posted a message in purgatory, so you are a fucking lying POS and not a man of your word.
Go ahead and remove this if you have to keep everyone in groupthink lockstep
i'm not removing your post cause everytime i read it i ROTFLMAO. its a classic post Mr. I hate this site but I have been online for 24 hours straight.
, which reminds me, hey moderators, quit dominating the whole site and responding to every post numerous times, especially when you're obviously shills for the sponsors.
no one shills for sponsors, you are just mad you have been on here since 2004 and haven't accomplished shit. 75 posts huh in 8 years? thats less than 10 per year, you haven't given the site anything worthy.
BTW, if you lift because you want to be the guy that can stand up to other dudes, get in real shape and learn how to box or wrestle, its way better.
actually being built like a freight train is a barrier against even being approached in the first place.. and who fights anyway after the age of 20? you must be a teenager who gets beat up daily.
Peace!
