This One's For You!!

steroids+poor diet+5 hours sleep a night+alcohol = heart attack at 35.

if your gains you posted above are real, just think what they could be if you cleaned up your diet, slept 8 hrs a night, and cut the partying down to 2 bar nights only per month?

Being healthy is the core of it all. This doesn't sound healthy.

I'm not one to judge, but if you want to be in this for the long haul, i'd cut down on the partying and junk food.

variation, mavy, and rodney, i understand what you're saying...and I think that the whole point of this got lost somewhere in the translation..I have nothing but the utmost respect for guys who can lead the right lifestyle, not that I envy them, cause I have a good time, that's why I ask them for advice when needed, but just like I didnt listen to my mother when she tod me not to do something, and just like ALL OF US that didnt listen to those that told us not to use I dont always take every bit of advice given....

having said that, Some, not all of those factors are out of my control..The army lifestyle is NOT very condusive to weightlifting...There really is NO WAY that I could have gotten the required amount of sleep unless I decided to not have a life AT ALL, or eat very clean, and I still had to get up at 5 AM 5 days a week and run 10-25 miles a week, which, BTW, I absolutely HATE!

The drinking..that's my alternative to prozac, and I'm sure that's not a good excuse, but whatever right....My wife left me Feb last year, and that's how I deal, anyway, thats more than any of you needed to know

and yes, the gains are real, i have pics and numerous people that can testify to them....but I believe that it was stated earlier that nobody gives a shit
