Any moron can feel better than ever on that much AS. Talk to me 6 weeks after the cycle. I'd like to see pics of what 1.7 grams/week does to a guy anyway.

Second, since I've upped my doses, I feel better and have gained more....See the thing is from your reply I can see that you've never used that much before so obviously you don't know what your talking about!!!

By low dose, I meant 250mg a week cycles...Ridiculously low doses that are IMO a waste of time.

I'm not promoting high dosing, I'm promoting optimal dosing

I think alot of the low doses come from lack of availabilty and prices. In 1993 100 tabs of russian dbol at my college went for $125. Deca was $300 for 50mg/50ml. Anyway, people couldnt afford much and alot of the info comes from these people. The rumors just spread over time. Just like everyone always wanting deca or wintstrol because its so safe. Well winny used to only come in 2mg tabs! So, taking 50mgs ed was hard on the wallet. Look at the old anabolic reference guides. They suggest like 5-10 tabs a day. Well thats only 20mgs, thats why it was safe!

I think Jbird(could've got that name wrong) made a very valid point about playing it safe for people on their 1st cycle. I think its important to work out the side effects YOU have and I think that means taking it slow and VERY VERY sensible.
