Was watching that Vince Vaughn comedy tour. It was actually pretty kewl.
Is it bad if I don't know what FX is?

yessir. I think FX has the lock on good tv between this, It's Always Sunny, SOA, and The Shield, even though that's not on anymore.

I have never watched the shield,but I watched acouple of episodes of breaking bad... when crashing at a friend's place.
You would like that, I bet.

No style of humor. I would say on a personal level, more of Louis. but I can see you enjoying ensemble of characters and scheming that Sunny offers.

is it a new show or just replaying his HBO show? His HBO show was pretty funny but it got canceled after a season or two. it wasn't the best writing for a show though. Lucky Louie i think it was called. His "wife" in that is sexy as hell....she's the chick that voices Bobby on king of the hill lol..go figure.
Louis CK is awesome though. he's def top 3 fav comedians.
and always sunny has officially hit top 1 or top 2 favorite shows. It's really a coin toss between curb your enthusiasm and always sunny. they're both so different, but both so hilarious and brilliantly executed

True, true, the machinations... and brilliant scenarios in that reveal the motivations of each character, are pretty awesome in Sunny in Philadelphia.
Yeah, it's on Fox. Saw previews, but not the show. I think it aired tonight.

I love the part where he was talking about how he saw this one dude with the same t shirt. He keeps nodding, smiling, and pointing at his shirt at the dude, and then finally comes up to him and cracks a joke about dude's taste in clothing.
Dude was confused and had the facial expression of wtf? and Louis realized he was not wearing that shirt that moment.
I've done something similar on atleast 2 occassions. That hey, we both see something that no one else sees or have a unique understanding, that is unspoken, then later find out, it was only in my head.
Kinda like you think you are flirting over time IRL, or online, and feel you have established an unspoken 'connection' then realize it was all in your head. You realize the whole narrative unfolds -usual supsects ending style- in the female's head.

what shocked me the most was when he talked about how he used to daydream about his parents dying, and him getting a ton of attention at school the next day. and the hottest girl coming over and giving him a sympathetic hug. i couldn't believe he said that. i am ashamed to admit that i have had that daydream in middle school. OF COURSE i would never want anything to happen to my family, and would be devastated if something did. but i still had to indulge my mind in it once

YA i have definitely been there once or twice. About 6 months ago I played my whole hand and came up empty. Was pretty surprised, had never really had that happen before. great learning experience though, and also liberating
