Harley-Davidson dives on chopped guidance- MSN Money
I hope Harley tells it's shareholders to suck it, obviously they wont' but they should. Harley is doing a partial rebranding during a fucking recession and they should...except their shareholders don't like the lower margin bikes they're gonna be producing more of for a few years till higher end demand comes back. What's the problem with that? If i had stock in Harley I'd be happy their doing that cause it means they're properly positioning themselves in a changing market which means they're not going anywhere. Cowtowing to their shareholders at this point in time could collapse the company in a few years but do people on wall street care? No, they want theirs and they want it now.....and how another american brand goes down. And more manufacturing jobs lost.
