This is odd!

I hopped on the scale last night... 240lbs on the nose.
This morning I was 235.5lbs.
I did not get up to go to the bathroom at night either (not saying I wet the bed... LOL).
Anyone else experience that? I am going to see if it happens again tonight.
Could that be food or fat (I wish) used for energy at night?

Sweating, clothes, some was burnt for energy, the way you stand on the scale might add a pound or two, inaccurate scale... the list goes on.

fatty bed wetter.... prob forgot to take off those Pampers.

how much water do u drink during the day.. that and all the food. speakin of food.. im gonna go eat again :chomp:

You could have been sleep walking...went to the toilet took a 4.5lb crap and didnt even notice...lol..

I drink a shitload of water during the day. 3 or 4 cups of green tea too.

heey, u get into work late?? where u been today.. oh btw, i was 246 last night , but i had my squat/ deadlifting boots on, lol
 
My weight is always 3 or 4 pounds different at different times of the day, even from night to morning, it changes. Seems to be pretty common.
 
Don't forget you exhale moisture from within your lungs while you sleep. I don't know about almost five pounds of it though.
 
steroids and perhaps climate changes making you sweat more during the nite

Ask anyone in a sport with weight divisions. Most people will loose 2-4 lbs a night. Thats why it is best to weigh yourself in the morning for an accurate reading.

mostly evaporation. Not from sweat, but just skin area, your skin is full of water just like your muscles. A lot of water evaporates from the skins own moisture...especially in dry climates or in winter weather conditions.

J/K bro, it happens to me all the time. I have actually eaten before bed, and still lost weight when I weighed myself the next morning.
