I'm not as hard right now (2 months post cycle) but I've maintained the low bf levels. As you can see in my profile I have an Irish flag (Irish-AMERICAN) so you know what that means, in order to stay lean I have to stay away from alcohol (like a fish without water). :)
Try to lose the bodyfat bro. I can see you have the muscle in the arms and delts, you need to build some mass in the chest and lose the bodyfat.
 
Agree w/ BBkingpin. I'm not slighting you in the least bro. You've got some nice size. Just work on the diet a little more. Keep us posted. BTW, BBkingpin, those pics are awesome bro! That's my goal right there. I'm trying really hard to get that lean. Great work. Definately an inspiration.

Thanks, bro. You are not far off. But you're nowhere near as lean as you can be. I used to always stop about 10 lbs short of what I am in those pics, but this time I tried to lose every ounce of fat and keep every ounce of muscle and I managed to do so. You can too, bro. You are not far off. 10-15 lbs. I used to be afraid to lose too much weight, but when assisted (AAS) you dont have to worry about losing your muscle so the only thing slowing you down might be lack of effort (cardio & stricter diet). How tall and what weight were you in those pics bro?You look great in those bro.
 
nice thickness. you could lose some BF but you are guy, so you doesnt really matter unless you are competing.

Nice size on your traps, shoulders and biceps. You are not fat. Geez, these guys are harsh...lol. I can't tell about the size of your lats because your arms are in the way. I think maybe some size in the lats is needed, but I can't tell. I definetely think some size in the pecs would look great. =-) Then, once you bring the BF down a little, watch out! Looking great!
 
i would try to hit shoulders more... it doesnt look like you are fat but rather retaining water and it looks like you have a bit of gyno...actually my water retention and gyno looks like yours right now...try some clen and letro when you start in your cutting phase. It also looks like you are lacking an upper chest..i would personally hit some more incline and military presses for a bit then when you start cutting use clen and letro
 
I agree with most of the advice already given bro. You could stand to drop the BF down a bit and work on your shoulder width. I am currently experimenting with different training techniques to add some beef to the lateral head of my delts. Keep training hard. Good luck.
