Alright guys and gals basically I am a fat ass who has tried to diet many times and I always end up quiting. I have bought every diet aid imaginable to mankind thinking that it was going to some how melt the fat off. Well guess what? It didnt! I am tired of not looking the way that I want to which is freakin huge and shredded. I am 6 foot tall and I weigh about 285 the last time I checked which was like a month ago. I am going to start workin out everyday and the diet I am going to try is one where I just start out eating healthy like chicken, vegetables and cut out all the junk food. I am going to start out slow and gradually go into it. Anyway help or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
