It looks like you also have a case of Tinea Versicolor (spell check), unless you are just peeling. It's those white spots on the upper left side of your back. It's a fungus obtained usually from dirty tanning beds. There's a topical lotion (Seleniun Sulfide) that treats it, it's actually the active ingredient in Selsun Blue shampoo. But you need a higher amount than what's iin the shampoo so you should get a prescription.
