Baltimore City cops are corrupt as fuck. If you get arrested in Baltimore City and they decide to Nul Pros your case you have to sign a waiver stating you won't sue the police. They put this in place because there are SOOOO many false arrests in Bmore city that it's the only way to protect them from bankrupting the state with lawsuits. I got arrested for "assaulting a police officer", when a fight broke out outside of a night club in the parking lot. I was just standing next to my car waiting for some friends to make it to the car when I heard a cop say "Him right there" and they put cuffs on me and swore I grabbed one of the officers or some shit, I had nothing to to with the incident and was just waiting by my car a couple feet away from the fight when it broke out. I spent half the night in a 20 degree cell in the middle of bmore city until getting put in the bull pen with like 50 people waiting to take to a commissioner. It was sold cold that I had asthma attack, I couldnt breathe, which led to an anxiety attack and me spending 1/3 of my time in the medical finally getting them to give me meds. The case finally got dropped ON THE DAY OF my court date, In the court. The officers showed up and said they were dropping everything...like hmmmm duh no fucking shit since apparently there were cameras in the parking lot...fucking pricks...
