The big "c" took both of my parents. Death or loss isn't anything you can prepare yourself for. It's impossible to tell how you're gonna feel until it happens. My advice is to bury your mother and move on as quickly as possible. No point in sitting around feeling like shit. Mom would much rather see you out and about performing your daily rituals as usual as oppposed to sitting around moping. Godspeed to Mom. She was probably getting tired of this shithole anyway.
 
Sorry to hear that bro. I lost my grandmother to cancer a few years ago. Hard for me cause she raised me most of my life. My father took it harder than anyone and had a tough time moving on. Like big cracker said. Dont dwell on it and keep busy. She is in a better place.
 
So sorry to hear that bro. I lost my mother this past May to lung cancer and that is the hardest thing I've ever had to face. Her and Dad's 50th anniversary would be this sunday (Christmas Eve) and I know that it will be even harder on him. Just know that your mom is in a better place. You and your family will be in my prayers.

Don't know you bro, but my condolences go out to you as well. My mom's def. the most important woman in my life...can't imagine how hard it is to go through.
 
I am so sorry to hear that man. My uncle died to cancer about 3 months ago he actually got rid of it 3 times but it kept coming back. It was very rare it was mouth cancer. I would visit him and see how he looked he looked so old and he was only 30 and he looked so weak and couldnt talk because the tumor closed his airpath so he had a trachea in his throat wich hed cough up blood threw it constantly. Cancer is a horrible thing I hope one day they find a cure for ALL cancers. You have my condolences bro :heart:
 
my gramma just passed bout a month ago sorry bro i feel your pain she raised me and was my mom also hang in there bro!!

Sorry bro, i just loss my father. Now, i no longer fear death because i know he's preparing a better place for us, thats the positive that i took from such a negative. But hell bro, it hurts....i feel your pain.
 
I'm really sorry to hear this.

To keep her alive in your memory is the best tribute you can give her now. Take one day at a time, and think of the good memories as much as you can.
 
I am so sorry and so moved to give you my condolences. I am very close to my mother and I felt devastated when i knew she is on the first stages of parkinson desease. I think the loss of a good mother is something nothing can fill and even though is part of the process of life I am not ready and will never be ready for that.

I want you to know i share your sense of loss and this post afected me as if i was having your very same loss. Think about her as she is happy and resting right now and i sugest you not to dig deeply into memories right now...

i've seen several close to me go through very painful last days and even weeks/months with cancer. It seems extremely unfair that anyone would have to endure such pain. Once they're gone one of the only good thing you can come to a conclusion to is that they are no longer in pain and suffering, and hopefully in a much better place.
 
I'm sorry for your loss, she is in a better place... Try and keep your head up, our prayers are with you and your family...

I am so sorry to hear that and what a bad time of year to be scared as well. My thoughts. and sympathy go out to you. I beg my mother all the time to stop smoking..and my dad. Stay strong and cry when you have too. I am a really sensitive person (yeah all you fuckers shut the fuck up!) and crying is not a problem for me.....I think many men try to bottle shit up and its gotta come out someway. God Bless you.

Sorry bro. I will say a prayer to ease you and your families pain. She is with the lord now, God bless her. I lost my mom and dad 8 years ago in louisiana and still miss them to this day. Especially around this time of year.
 
I am very sorry for your loss. I have lost several family members to Cancer and I can only imagine your pain especially at the Holidays. Good luck to you and your family.
