I do see some improvement, I'll give him that. But If you look closely at the pictures you'll see that the before pictures are taken from a downward angle which would minimize his size and conversly, the after shots are taken from an upward angle. Also, the after pics are taken from a closer perspective. So yes there are gains there, but holy crap, there are not 10 grams of gear a week worth of gains there!!! Or should I say rather that if those are the gains that were achived from 10g's a week, then something else is off.
