Alright bros, was at the gym this morning and saw something I've never seen. A guy there, roughly 5' 10" around 210lbs tops. He's thick and very well defined, but no monster. He did a behind the neck press with 315lbs six times.

I wouldn't label him a juicer by virtue of that alone, but it's an impressive lift. I can do it in the smith. Was his a smith or free weight lift?

i'd say juicing, only because my shoulders were first to blow up on my first cycle. My behind the neck press went from 135lb for 6 reps to 195lb for 3 reps

It was free weight. The smiths at my gym don't even go up that high.

I'm 6'1", 220. Lifting for eight years. I remember doing 185 or something like that for 4 reps and felt like the biggest dog in the gym. Was so happy I damn near went home and wrote my Mom about it!

I vote that I don't care either way. My life is too busy wondering who is stronger......& oh that guy must be roiding....that's just not natural to be that strong.

Not to be bragging, but I did 365 for 7 on the smith this week. Of course I weigh 287, but I don't start my next cycle until Monday, so it was a "natural lift". Anyway, he's probably juicing, but some people are strange. I know this guy who weighs about 165 and benches 425, to me that's pretty awesome. He said he was going to catch me, ha ha.

the smith doesn't go up that high? do u know what a smith is?? a smith will go up just as high as a plain old bar man... i'm willing to bet it was a smith machine.
