My best friend and I were planning on going out to see Starsky & Hutch tonight. We've been planning this for a couple weeks. Last weekend he met a girl at a party, who is very religous, and on Sundays she goes to church then spends the rest of the day with her family.

Well, he called me earlier to see what was up, we talked for a bit, he didn't seem his self. I asked him what was on his mind, and he told me he was wondering if it'd be cool for us to see the movie tomorrow, as he'd like to go out with her tonight since she can't on Sundays. After giving him a little grief, I said it would be alright, and now my night is ruined...plans flushed down the drain. Oh fucking well. I couldn't say no, because then for the night while we hung out, I'd be thinking "man, he probably told her he couldn't go out because he had to hang out with me...." and also thinking "man, he told her no to hang out with me"...either way...it comes back on me.

Time to waste time.
